Return Policy Overview

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Important:
Email your tracking number to sales@mykids-usa.com. Returns without tracking confirmation may take up to 30–40 days to process.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Special orders
  • Personal care items (e.g., face masks)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
