Product Safety & Compliance

At MyKids-USA®, children’s safety comes first. Our products are developed and tested to meet applicable U.S. safety standards, with compliance documentation available for our retail and distribution partners.

United States – Regulatory Compliance

All MyKids-USA® children’s products sold in the United States comply with regulations issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Where required, products comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), including:

  • Lead content limits
  • Phthalate restrictions
  • Tracking labels
  • Age grading and safety warnings

Children’s Product Certificates (CPCs) are issued based on third-party testing from CPSC-accepted laboratories.


Product Testing & Standards

  • ASTM standards applicable in the United States
  • Other recognized children’s safety protocols

Documentation & Certificates

Compliance documentation, including CPCs and laboratory test reports, is maintained by MyKids-USA® and provided upon request.

Important Certificates are shared directly with approved retailers and partners and are not published publicly.

Age Grading & Safety Warnings

Products are age-graded where required and include appropriate warnings. Retailers must reflect all provided safety information accurately in their listings.


Canada – General Notice

Many products also meet comparable Canadian requirements. Compliance with the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) can be reviewed per product upon request.
