Dropship Subscription Policy
MyKids-USA® Dropship Subscription Policy
This policy applies to retailers who sell MyKids-USA® products through Syncee. By purchasing a membership, requesting access, importing, or selling our products, you agree to comply with the terms below.
1) Retailer Approval & Access (Required)
Access to MyKids-USA® products is provided exclusively through Syncee and requires manual approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
- You must have an active Syncee account to connect.
- We may request store details (store name, website, contact email) for verification.
- Access may be suspended if unusual activity, repeated issues, or policy violations are detected.
MyKids-USA® reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove access at its sole discretion to protect the brand, customers, and operations.
2) Brand Protection (Required)
You must respect and protect the MyKids-USA® brand at all times.
- Do not alter our brand name, trademarks, logos, or product identity.
- Do not claim to be the brand owner.
- Do not use misleading titles, false claims, or inaccurate content.
- Do not create duplicate listings designed to confuse customers or marketplaces.
We reserve the right to request listing corrections at any time.
3) Pricing & Promotion Policy (Required)
Retailers must maintain strict price consistency to protect the MyKids-USA® brand and to avoid conflicts with major marketplaces and retail partners.
- The maximum discount allowed is 10% below MSRP.
- Discounts may be offered only via a coupon code issued by the retailer. Public price reductions or automatic markdowns are not permitted.
- Each coupon-based promotion may run for a maximum of 7 consecutive days.
- Each retailer is limited to a maximum of three (3) promotions per calendar year.
- After each promotion period, prices must return to the standard MyKids-USA® pricing, consistent with our website and major retail partners.
- Outside of approved promotions, products must be listed at MSRP or higher.
Any pricing or promotional activity that does not comply with this policy may result in account review, listing removal, or suspension from the program.
4) Compliance & Platform Rules
Retailers are responsible for following all applicable marketplace rules and local laws and regulations.
- If Syncee flags your account, store, or listings, access may be removed.
- Repeated violations, excessive chargebacks, fraud, or abusive behavior may result in immediate termination.
- You must comply with all consumer protection, advertising, tax, and labeling requirements.
5) Violations, Termination & No Refund Policy
If you violate any part of this policy, MyKids-USA® may suspend or terminate your membership and/or access to the dropship program.
- No refunds will be provided for policy violations.
- Membership fees are for access, review, and activation services only and are non-refundable.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a digital service and access fee, not a physical product.
- MyKids-USA® may remove products, revoke access, and/or stop fulfillment at its discretion.
This policy exists to protect customers, marketplaces, and the MyKids-USA® brand.
