MyKids-USA Retailer App — Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how billing works for the MyKids-USA Retailer App (the "App") that you install on your Shopify store. By choosing a paid plan inside the App, you agree to the terms below. This policy applies only to the App's plan subscription and is separate from the cost of the products you order (see section 3, "Cost of goods").
1. Plans and pricing
The App offers the following monthly plans:
- Free Discover MyKids-USA — $0.00 / month. Browse the catalog and import up to 6 products.
- Basic MyKids-USA — $39.99 / month. Import up to 50 products.
- Pro MyKids-USA — $59.99 / month. Import up to 250 products.
- Business MyKids-USA — $99.99 / month. Import all available USA products.
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are billed on a recurring monthly cycle (every 30 days). The current plans and features are always shown inside the App under the Subscription tab, which is the authoritative source if prices or limits change.
2. Billing through Shopify
All paid App subscriptions are billed through Shopify's official billing system. When you select a paid plan, Shopify shows you an approval screen with the exact amount before any charge is made. You are charged only after you approve. The subscription fee appears on your regular Shopify invoice, and Shopify — not MyKids-USA — processes the payment. MyKids-USA never sees or stores your payment card details.
3. Cost of goods (separate from your subscription)
Your App subscription is only the monthly plan fee. It does not include the wholesale cost of the products your customers order. When you sell an imported MyKids-USA product, MyKids-USA sends you a separate invoice for the wholesale cost of goods (plus shipping) for that order, payable through a secure Shopify checkout link. This is a distinct charge from your monthly plan and is required before the order is fulfilled.
4. Free plan and trials
The Free Discover MyKids-USA plan is free of charge and available for as long as you keep the App installed. You can use it to browse the catalog and import a small number of products before deciding on a paid plan. Paid plans do not include a separate free trial unless one is explicitly offered inside the App.
5. Changing or downgrading your plan
You can change your plan at any time from the Subscription tab in the App. When you upgrade, Shopify will ask you to approve the new charge. When you downgrade (including back to the Free plan), the change applies going forward. If your imported product count is above the limit of a lower plan, you may need to remove products to stay within that plan's limit.
6. Cancellation
There is no long-term commitment. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time by downgrading to the Free Discover plan or by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Uninstalling the App cancels any active paid subscription through Shopify. Your access to paid features ends when the subscription is canceled.
7. Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, since billing is handled by Shopify on a recurring 30-day cycle and you approve each charge in advance. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at the email below and we will work with you and, where applicable, Shopify to resolve it.
8. Changes to plans, pricing, or this policy
MyKids-USA may update plan features, pricing, or this policy from time to time. Any change to your recurring price requires you to approve the new charge through Shopify before it takes effect, so you will never be charged a higher amount without your consent. The most current plans and limits are always displayed inside the App.
