🧩 What is the MyKids-USA® Syncee Membership Plan?

It’s a membership plan for retailers who want to sell our products using Syncee as the integration platform. Once both subscriptions are active, your store can request access to our catalog in Syncee.

🔑 Why do I need two subscriptions (Syncee + MyKids-USA®)?

Syncee is the tool that connects your store to our catalog (product import, ongoing updates, etc.). The MyKids-USA® membership is required to enable access and provide program support.

📝 How do I request access to the catalog?

Once both subscriptions are active:

  • Email us your store name and the email address used for Syncee.
  • Send us a message inside Syncee so we can match your account.
  • We will review your request and, if approved, we’ll activate catalog access.
⏱️ How long does approval take?

Reviews are typically fast. Timing may vary based on the information provided and your Syncee account status. Tip: email + Syncee message helps speed things up.

What do you review for approval?

We may review, for example:

  • Your store type and brand fit
  • Basic business info (website, marketplaces, social channels if applicable)
  • Best practices (clear policies, customer experience, reputation, etc.)

We reserve the right to approve or decline requests to maintain program quality.

💳 What does the membership cost and what does it include?

Pricing depends on the plan shown on our membership product page. It includes program access (subject to approval), onboarding support, and catalog enablement via Syncee.

Please note: Syncee is a separate service with its own plan and pricing.

🔁 Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel according to the terms of your plan. If you cancel Syncee or the MyKids-USA® membership, catalog access may be removed.

🛒 Where do I manage products, inventory, and updates?

Product sync (import, updates, rules) is managed inside Syncee. Program access, support, and compliance guidance are handled by MyKids-USA®.

📦 How does fulfillment/shipping work?

Fulfillment depends on the active terms of your account and the program (available inventory, processing times, and shipping rules). Once approved, we’ll share the operational guidelines.

🧾 Do you provide CPC or compliance documents to the end customer?

In a dropship model, CPC is typically not required for the end customer. If a marketplace or a specific situation requires documentation, it can be reviewed case by case.

🚫 What if I try to import products without approval?

To maintain quality control, catalog access is enabled after review. If your store is not approved, we won’t be able to activate access to the catalog.

📩 What information should I send for faster activation?

Please send:

  • Store name
  • Email address (the same one used in Syncee)
  • Platform (Shopify / WooCommerce / etc.)
  • A message in Syncee confirming your account

MyKids-USA® Dropship Subscription Policy

This policy applies to retailers who sell MyKids-USA® products through Syncee. By purchasing a membership, requesting access, importing, or selling our products, you agree to comply with the terms below.


1) Retailer Approval & Access (Required)

Access to MyKids-USA® products is provided exclusively through Syncee and requires manual approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

  • You must have an active Syncee account to connect.
  • We may request store details (store name, website, contact email) for verification.
  • Access may be suspended if unusual activity, repeated issues, or policy violations are detected.

MyKids-USA® reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove access at its sole discretion to protect the brand, customers, and operations.


2) Brand Protection (Required)

You must respect and protect the MyKids-USA® brand at all times.

  • Do not alter our brand name, trademarks, logos, or product identity.
  • Do not claim to be the brand owner.
  • Do not use misleading titles, false claims, or inaccurate content.
  • Do not create duplicate listings designed to confuse customers or marketplaces.

We reserve the right to request listing corrections at any time.


3) Pricing & Promotion Policy (Required)

Retailers must maintain strict price consistency to protect the MyKids-USA® brand and to avoid conflicts with major marketplaces and retail partners.

  • The maximum discount allowed is 10% below MSRP.
  • Discounts may be offered only via a coupon code issued by the retailer. Public price reductions or automatic markdowns are not permitted.
  • Each coupon-based promotion may run for a maximum of 7 consecutive days.
  • Each retailer is limited to a maximum of three (3) promotions per calendar year.
  • After each promotion period, prices must return to the standard MyKids-USA® pricing, consistent with our website and major retail partners.
  • Outside of approved promotions, products must be listed at MSRP or higher.

Any pricing or promotional activity that does not comply with this policy may result in account review, listing removal, or suspension from the program.


4) Compliance & Platform Rules

Retailers are responsible for following all applicable marketplace rules and local laws and regulations.

  • If Syncee flags your account, store, or listings, access may be removed.
  • Repeated violations, excessive chargebacks, fraud, or abusive behavior may result in immediate termination.
  • You must comply with all consumer protection, advertising, tax, and labeling requirements.

5) Violations, Termination & No Refund Policy

If you violate any part of this policy, MyKids-USA® may suspend or terminate your membership and/or access to the dropship program.

  • No refunds will be provided for policy violations.
  • Membership fees are for access, review, and activation services only and are non-refundable.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a digital service and access fee, not a physical product.
  • MyKids-USA® may remove products, revoke access, and/or stop fulfillment at its discretion.

This policy exists to protect customers, marketplaces, and the MyKids-USA® brand.

United States – Regulatory Compliance

All MyKids-USA® children’s products sold in the United States comply with regulations issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Where required, products comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), including:

  • Lead content limits
  • Phthalate restrictions
  • Tracking labels
  • Age grading and safety warnings

Children’s Product Certificates (CPCs) are issued based on third-party testing from CPSC-accepted laboratories.

Documentation & Certificates

Compliance documentation, including CPCs and laboratory test reports, is maintained by MyKids-USA® and provided upon request.

Important Certificates are shared directly with approved retailers and partners and are not published publicly.

Age Grading & Safety Warnings

Products are age-graded where required and include appropriate warnings. Retailers must reflect all provided safety information accurately in their listings.


Canada – General Notice

Many products also meet comparable Canadian requirements. Compliance with the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) can be reviewed per product upon request.
