We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items
• Special orders
• Personal care items (e.g., face masks)
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us at Sales@MyKids-USA before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
• Customized or personalized items made to your specifications.
