Dropship Subscription Policy

MyKids-USA® Dropship Subscription Policy

This policy applies to retailers using MyKids-USA® products through Shopify Collective and/or Syncee. By subscribing, importing, or selling our products, you agree to comply with the terms below.


1) Brand Protection (Required)

You must respect and protect the MyKids-USA® brand at all times.

  • Do not alter our brand name, trademarks, logos, or product identity.
  • Do not claim to be the brand owner.
  • Do not use misleading product titles, false claims, or inaccurate materials/content.
  • Do not create duplicate listings designed to confuse customers or marketplaces.

We reserve the right to request listing corrections at any time.


2) Pricing Policy (Required)

Retailers must maintain brand price integrity.

  • You may only reduce the price during an approved promotion/offer.
  • Promotions may run for a maximum of 7 days.
  • The maximum discount allowed is 10% below MSRP.
  • Outside of promotions, products must be listed at MSRP (or higher).

3) Compliance & Platform Eligibility

Retailers are responsible for following all applicable marketplace rules and local laws/regulations.

  • If Shopify determines your store is ineligible to use Shopify Collective, your access may be removed.
  • If Syncee or any platform flags your account or listings, your access may be removed.
  • Repeated policy issues, chargebacks, fraud, or abusive behavior may result in immediate termination.

4) Violations, Termination & No Refund Policy

If you violate any part of this policy, MyKids-USA® may suspend or terminate your subscription and/or access to our dropship programs.

  • No refunds will be provided if you fail to comply with these policies.
  • We may remove products, revoke access, and/or stop fulfillment at our discretion.

This policy is intended to protect customers, marketplaces, and the MyKids-USA® brand.
