How it works

1. Choose your plan
Select the MyKids-USA® plan that best fits the number of products you want to import into your Shopify store.
2. Complete checkout on MyKids-USA®
Your subscription is purchased on the MyKids-USA® website, not inside Shopify App Billing.
3. Access is activated
After payment is captured for paid plans, the membership webhook activates your access automatically.
4. Start importing products
Once active, you can import products into your Shopify store based on the product limit included in your selected plan.
5. Manual review is still available
If anything needs review, MyKids-USA® can still activate access manually from the supplier portal.

Renewals and access

Monthly and annual plans are managed on the MyKids-USA® storefront because this retailer app is installed as a custom app.

The retailer pays on MyKids-USA®, and the supplier portal controls whether catalog access stays active.

Recommended policy: keep a 4-day grace period after renewal is due, then disable catalog access until payment is received again.

Do I pay inside the app?
No. Checkout happens on MyKids-USA®.
When does my plan activate?
Usually right after the paid order webhook arrives.
What if payment is delayed?
MyKids-USA® can activate manually from the supplier portal, or the store can stay in grace period until payment is complete.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can start with one plan and move to another if your store needs more product access.
