MyKids-USA® Membership Box Subscription Policy

This policy applies to the MyKids-USA® Membership Box, including one-time purchases and subscription plans. By purchasing a Membership Box, you agree to the terms below.


1) Membership Box Overview

The MyKids-USA® Membership Box is a curated collection of premium baby and kids products. Each box is thoughtfully selected based on the information provided at checkout (age range, size, gender, and any notes).

Box contents vary and may include clothing, accessories, seasonal items, and special finds. All boxes are curated selections.

Tip: Please double-check personalization details before completing checkout.


2) Subscription Options

Customers may choose from:

  1. One-Time Purchase – A single curated box with no recurring charges.
  2. Monthly Membership – Billed monthly. Cancel anytime before the next billing date.
  3. 3-Month Prepaid Membership – Charged upfront and delivered monthly for three (3) months.
  4. 6-Month Prepaid Membership – Charged upfront and delivered monthly for six (6) months.
  5. 12-Month Prepaid Membership – Charged upfront and delivered monthly for twelve (12) months.

Prepaid memberships are billed in full at the time of purchase.


3) Billing & Payments

  1. Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically each month to the payment method on file.
  2. 3-Month, 6-Month, and 12-Month memberships are charged in full up front.
  3. Prices, savings, and plan details are displayed at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize MyKids-USA® to charge the payment method according to your selected plan.


4) Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Monthly Membership: You may cancel anytime before the next billing date through your customer account.
  2. 3-Month, 6-Month & 12-Month Prepaid Memberships: These plans are non-cancelable and non-refundable until the full term is completed.
  3. No prorated refunds are provided for prepaid plans.

If you are unsure, we recommend starting with the monthly plan.


5) Product Selection, Changes & Exchanges

  1. Membership Boxes contain curated selections based on the personalization details provided.
  2. No product changes, substitutions, or exchanges are available due to preference.
  3. Once a box has been curated or shipped, changes cannot be made.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us promptly so we can help.


6) Shipping & Delivery

  1. Membership Boxes are shipped monthly according to the selected plan.
  2. Delivery timing may vary due to inventory availability, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.
  3. MyKids-USA® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


7) Policy Updates

MyKids-USA® reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates apply to future orders and renewals.
